Next Day Dispatch
During some of our quieter periods through the year we may offer Next Day Dispatch on selected items, If the item is applicable this will be present at the top of the product information.
Small items are usually dispatched between 1-3 days after your order has been processed.
When your item has been built it then goes to our quality control team who inspect the item before it is ready to be packaged. We then package your item in 100% recyclable bubble wrap snuggling the item in a bed of bubbles ready for its new home.
Once your order has been completed and is ready to leave our workshop we will email you with your tracking information.
Large items are usually dispatched between 2-5 days after your order has been processed.
Depending on the size of the item this may take slightly longer. All of our furniture is handmade by our dedicated team of craftsmen.

Bespoke items are completely unique and dispatch times can depend on the complexity of the item, during the quote process we will send you an estimated dispatch date.
Collect from our store
All orders that are being collected from our workshop will receive 10% off! This will be refunded when your order has been processed by our Customer Services team.
Will your delivery team put my item in the right place and can they take the packaging away ?
We can offer this service if you wish to upgrade your delivery, there will be an extra charge for this depending on the size and location of your item. Please contact us for prices
There is a problem with my order or has it not arrived yet. Who do i Contact?
If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, call our Customer Services team for assistance on 02381780817, 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
All items will be sent together, if you order some small and some very large items this may affect the dispatch date.
If you are in a zone where a delivery charge occurs you will be charged once and not for every item within the delivery.
If you would like to return, that's not a problem just email our customer services team at email@example.com
If the item is delivered and you decide you have changed your mind, return costs are covered by the customer. If however the item has been delivered and it is damaged or faulty we will cover the return cost.
We do not accept returns on bespoke furniture, please make sure all information regarding your furniture is correct at the final stage of the quoting process.
Please re-wrap your furniture in its original furniture as best you can
When your item of furniture has been returned to us we will activate your refund, this takes 1-5 business days depending on your bank.
